My pricing system is simple and clearly understood. I explain my variable commission program to sellers so they understand the potential savings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone consultation - I am NOT a high pressure sales person so I don't push people to meet me. If they like me on the phone they can choose to meet regarding their real estate needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly taking classes and doing online webinars anytime I can possibly fit it in my busy schedule. I think staying on top of the latest developments is critical.
