- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In this business it doesn't make any sense to have a one price fits all because you may overcharge or under charge. We understand that every property is unique. So what we do is measure and inspect each job so that we can offer the best price to our customers. Our standard rates for powerwashings depending on surface type and difficulty are between $.06 - $.25 per square feet to be cleaned. Our standard rates for lawn mowing, depending on difficulty and grass height are between $.005 - $.01 per square feet to be mowed.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Understand that if you have neglected maintenance of your property severely it may not be just as easy to perform certain services as if the property was regularly maintain. There can be unseen elements hidden by overgrowth, damage caused by mold and many other things that come as a surprise when the work gets started. We try and spot all of these during our inspection. And of course don't hire anyone who uses bleach!!!
