Introduction: I am an honest person who prides myself in quality and high standards. I will not leave a job until the customer is happy! My goal is to give affordable services for homeowners, while maintaining a level of professional work. I do interior wood trimming and flooring, tiling, interior and exterior painting and drywall installation and repair, cabinet installation, bathroom and kitchen updates. I have acquired many skills and worked on a lot of household projects during my 13 years of owning my own business, and previous 33 years of working with other companies in a trade or as a builder. I had several projects done in my master bedroom & bath. I had wood laminate flooring and Jerry was able to install tiles for me. He did an excellent job & my floor looks great. He gets the job done fast & will work hard to make sure the customer is satisfied with the work. In my master bathroom, I had a light fixture changed and he installed a mirror cabinet for me, again both jobs were done great. He's very reasonably priced, I would definitely recommend him for anything you need around the house. Thank you Jerry!

We originally hired Jerry to knock down a huge wall dividing our family and dining room, as well as install recess and under cabinet lighting. Jerry was SUCH a pleasure to work with and did such an AMAZING job, that we hired him back to paint, do crown molding, etc. He is truly a professional and deeply cares about his customer's satisfaction. I would recommend Jerry for anyone looking to do any type of home improvement. He's one of a kind!! We will certainly use him for all our future home improvement needs!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is 50 per hr. This takes care of my business taxes, insurance and wages for myself. Anything over 20 miles from deltona is 100.00 for the first hr. (per trip) this takes care of my gas. Thank you for understanding.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to go and meet the customer face to face and look at the job then discuss it with them to understand exactly what they would like done. Then if I can do it for them I like to schedule the date and time I will start.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years of vocational collage for electrical thru the F.E.A.T. program. I graduated in 97'. I apprenticed and got further training working with the IBEW for 20 years ending as a journey man, as well as a lead on many jobs. When I worked at Engle homes for 1-1/2 years I had to complete some training courses on becoming a builder that focused on quality, customer satisfaction and completing a full house build.
