We customize our menus to accommodate our customers' budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a brief phone call to decide what food the client wants for their event, what the theme is and other details. Then, we send them menu options and we finalize it electronically to ensure accuracy. Then, we get busy in the kitchen and deliver the food for their event! :)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When you have an Italian family, the number of mouths to feed is large... So we are innate at feeding tons of hungry people, and we absolutely LOVE it!
