I've been working with Eric for the last five months or so. Eric works for me as a remote System Administrator. Basically, he helps with everything related to our dedicated and virtual servers (security, tweaks, fixing things when they break, adding new functionality, migrating stuff, suggesting better practices, etc).
I would recommend Eric for two main reasons:
1. He is a wealth of knowledge. There hasn't been anything I've asked him about related to software/hardware/best practices/anything tech that he hasn't had an immediate, detailed answer to. He's really a walking knowledge base.
2. He's pretty much *always* available. I've messaged him day/night/weekend/holiday and he's always replied.

Eric has been a great asset to helping me and clients alike focus ON our businesses, instead of IN the business.
Eric achieves this through insuring our website properties are secured and online, all-the-time. Which is a critical component to our business operations and viability.
Knowing there is someone to assist with managing our business infrastructure and also help make sure things remain operational as we grow, gives me confidence and peace of mind to expand without worrying if things may break.

Eric has been managing my server for about a year now. He has done a fantastic job of keeping the servers updated and on top of any potential hack threats. I don't know what I would have done without his knowledge and expertise.

I have been working with Eric for over a year, and if I could give him 10 stars everyday, I would! I'm a web developer supporting more that 50 sites. Many of my clients use PHP open source programs, and before I met Eric, we were constantly getting hacked and our server was down on a regular basis. Now after making the switch to HiVelocity and working with Eric, I can sleep at night knowing my client's websites are safe and secure.
Eric has helped me on so many occasions with security issues, website migrations, email problems, DNS problems, blacklist problems, you name it, he's done it. He is truly an expert in his field!! I enjoy working with him, and I am so glad I met him.
Eric thank you so much for helping me!! You have truly been a lifesaver for me and my clients.

I have known Eric for almost 2 years and over that time he's been extremely helpful to me and my business. I am very dependent on the servers I use and he's always gone the extra mile to make sure that I'm happy with the service he provides. There have been many times where I've been scratching my head as to what's happened from a technical point of view, but Eric always comes up with the answers! Highly recommended.

Eric's knowledge and expertise has been exceptionally helpful for me and my business. As an owner of a popular website, I only have a limited amount of time and resources to cover everything. Eric has filled in the gaps with his solutions and made my life easier. He's genuinely a good person and seems to thrive on helping people solve problems. I already recommend him to my clients and users, and will continue to do so into the foreseeable future.

The challenges of running a media company can be quite overwhelming at times. So many different technologies to interact with, so many things to consider. I started my new company a year ago, and have had numerous obstacles to overcome. Finding Eric 6 months ago I can honestly say has been the single greatest opportunity I've been given. His ability to see the big picture, to provide sound advice, and to look into any issues I may have on a number of fronts is quite impressive, but it's his unfailing loyalty and support that really makes him special as a business colleague and friend. He's spent an unbelievable amount of time helping me streamline my business, increase productivity, manage my servers, and provide recommendations and links to research that had truly made a huge difference in the way I do business and inevitably in the way I live my life.
I am truly grateful and can only say the most positive things about Eric. I only hope I can begin to reciprocate and contribute as much to his business as he has to mine.

I am SO glad I found Eric to help manage the servers for CountryMusicIsLove.com! My website is constantly growing and we would not be able to keep up with our traffic if it weren't for Eric. He has also helped me find ways to make my job more efficient and taught me how to use tools that I never knew existed. I would definitely recommend his services to everyone!

Eric is very easy to work and communicate with. He has an unprecedented understanding of websites, IT, server management, SEO, etc. Every website or business owner needs a technology ace to help them when something goes wrong or to get them hire in search engines. Eric does all the above and speaks to you on level where you can comprehend the changes he is implementing without having ten years of IT experience. Eric is very good at laying out several options to help your business achieve it's goals.

Everything that Eric tell you is the truth, I haven't been able to finish my webpage yet but I stay in constant contact with Eric. He goes over and above the call of duty. He is a guy with good character and understanding for what his clients need.
