Introduction: Hi! My name is Bo, and I own and operate Bo Knows Property Maintenance LLC. I have been doing different types of construction since I was a teenager, and for the last 7 years, I've done property maintenance. Prior to moving to Florida, I was responsible for maintaining one affordable housing complex consisting of 42 units, one 55 and over community consisting of 41 units and two office buildings. I miss my tenants, but I wanted to move closer to family and start my own business. I am a veteran, and I always do my best to be respectful and do the job to the best of my abilities. I'm still new to Thumbtack, so the pricing might be off or incorrect. Quotes are $20, but if hired, it goes towards the price of the job. I'm hardworking and reliable, and I look forward to hearing from you!
