A. Pressure washing roof cleaning house clean outs for investors
tree trimming painting small plumbing and general home maintanance.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Do not pay for any labor up front and provide handy man with the proper materials to perform his task and have some kind of written agreement

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I am a handy man not a general contractor so i let my customers know that and will not get in over my head.

A. Same as above know what they really need

A. I perform every job with integrity repeat customers are the best customers

A. My independence and able to help people with honest pricing and value for their money unlike large companys

A. Pricing pricing pricing i add value to my pricing cheapest is not always the best i try to explain to customer the value of what they are getting.

A. That not all handy man are the same and work at a lot lower prices then general contractors

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Spent many years in manufacturing and decided i was always
fixing something any way. So why not work for myself.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. working on job know for neighbors , a young couple with two small children and a tight budget painting and adding curve appeal to their home on a hand shake and a promise to pay me when they receive their tax refund .I like helping people out.

A. Trade shows and internet

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. I will like to move in to the home preventative maintenance
stop problems before they occur in a home

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. Painting neighbors house replacing front door and some windows and some land scape under $1000 and will be done in less then a week.

A. I try to cover my travel expences and work per hr rate or flat rate depends

A. BE Humble and Fair.
