We provide glitter/ Henna/ Airbrush tattoos, face and body painting, custom cakes, balloon twisting and decorating, party planning, theme parties, and more for weddings, grand openings, birthday parties festivals and corporate needs. Chonya Alvarez really came through for my daughter Lauren's 8th birthday spa slumber party here at the house. She decorated an amazing cake, did facials,
mani/pedi, and face painting.
She coordinated with me throughout the planning with wonderful money saving ideas. I uploaded pics from the event on her fanpage. She was professional,
friendly, creative, fun and had reasonable pricing.

Let's Plan A Party handled my son's 10th birthday party and let me tell you, it was so successful, that nearly 4 months later and my son is STILL talking about it!
They entertained over 20 kids with face painting, balloon animals and more! The face painting looked like it was created by a master artist. Amazing that someone like me could get quality like that at the price they charge!
World-Class-Multimedia had DJ services and were very affordable. They played music for nearly 3 hours and even filmed the event in Hi-Definition! The sound was awesome and the cost was very fair.
The cake was incredible. Let's Plan A Party not only created a VERY difficult order (at least I thought so), but they went above and beyond with amazing quality and the cake was so good, everyone had seconds and we only had one piece left to take home. We had a pizza party and they hand-made a PIZZA CAKE (lol). The kids groaned when they THOUGHT they were getting another sicilian pizza - but then Ms. Alvarez cut into the cake and served it and the joke was on the kids! They ate every bite and then some!
Finally, we had a master magician, Dallas Smith Magic, come in and wow everyone with his amazing tricks. Everyone had a great time with a great 25 minute show geared for children.
Let's Plan A Party, World-Class-Multimedia and Dallas Smith Magic made sure my son's birthday was a success and boy, did they deliver! I will hire them again and again and tell everyone I know about them. Their price was very competitive and the choices you have are mind-blowing. Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Always book your face painter/ entertainers before you book a venue or send out invitations. You can have a better choice of entertainers rather than being stuck with whoever is not booked for that weekend. Remember Saturday’s book up very fast.
I am not the least expensive or the most expensive, but cheap face painting is not good - good face painting is not cheap & our competitors do not match our standards, so we cannot match their prices.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. First booking in advance and booking on a Sunday or Friday could save you $50-$100.
Second, not all face painters are created equal. Cheaper is not always better when entertainment is concerned. Cheaper may mean inferior painted, no insurance, less skills, slower painting speed and limited designs.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Location, time and date of party, how many guests and what services they are looking for / or what services I will provide for them.
If booking outside event, is there power / is generator needed, is there cover in case of inclement weather?
Is there a trip fee?
Are you booking through an event planner? They can do all the foot work for you which will allow you to relax be able to relax and enjoy your event.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We offer a stress free way to enjoy your next special event. We strive to go above and beyond our clients expectations and creating memories that will last a life time.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love being a part of so many celebrations and milestones in my clients familys. To see the children smile and transform into what ever their imagination can create.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How many children do I paint per hour? Aprox 10-15 depending on the art work.
Do I paint boys? ABSOLUTLY
Does it come off when they sleep? Yes if they are movers , just be sure if they do chose to sleep with this on that you cover their pillows with an old sheet or towel.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I am level 2 back ground checked, I am fully insured for both face painting and massage therapy. I have worked with children for over 20 years And I am fully CPR child/infant and adult trained as well as being a swim instructor for the YMCA.
