- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to provide a fee quote we need to know where, how large an audience, and we need to assess sound system needs, duration of the event, style of songs, and the reason for event. A cocktail hour would be about $750. A singing telegram (4 singers, box of chocolate and a rose) would be around $200, for example.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very personal service. We are willing to visit the venue and talk about options with you. We always please our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
