- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive, the service call fee is waived with most paid repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When the customer calls, I get all the information needed, inform them of the service fee, and schedule a time frame that is beneficial for both of us for the service visit. I offer a warranty on all completed repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my training from a technical college, where I studied HVAC and Major Appliance repair. I also gained experience by working in the industry.
