Wanted lessons on how to play guitar better, got those lessons coupled with a general grounding in basic music theory that is tailored to guitar, rather than the traditional method that is historically based off of piano lessons

Eric has been an excellent teacher so far! He is very responsive with communication and quickly responds to texts and emails. He sends me a PDF and video via text after every lesson of what we went over. This is super helpful for referencing between lessons. Eric explains things in a way that is easy to understand and adjusts to my pace of learning. I am surprised by how much I’ve already improved in just over a month! He covers everything from technique to music theory (even music history!), and I have learned one new song every week so far. The only downside is that all of our lessons have been over zoom due to the pandemic. As a new guitar player, it would be helpful to have some hands on observation / instruction regarding my technique. That being said, Eric has done an excellent job accommodating to the limitations of a video lesson.

Keith has been an excellent teacher so far! I have been studying guitar with him for about 2 months, and I intend to continue my lessons. (For context, I'm somewhat new to the guitar, but I've been playing classical music most of my life, so we were able to move quickly through basics such as staff notation, major and minor scales, and intervals.)
What I like most about Keith is that he builds up your knowledge in a logical way, particularly from a theory perspective. My previous teachers have just asked me what songs I want to learn, and then they've taught me how to play those songs. Which might be fine if you're not really looking to understand the music you're playing. By contrast, Keith's method of instruction is focused on understanding the music, with the eventual goal of being creative with the guitar. His philosophy is that proficiency on an instrument is strongly tied to improvisational ability, and building that ability is his goal with his students.
He ties theoretical concepts to the instrument itself - things like scale patterns and chord shapes are taught within the context of theory. I'm learning to play a couple of songs, but we're also analyzing those songs to learn why they sound how they sound and why they make sense (even when, theoretically, it seems like they shouldn't). Each lesson, I'll learn a little bit more about the structure and progression of the songs.
Keith is incredibly knowledgeable about music and can talk extensively about music from seemingly any era, from classical all the way up through contemporary popular music. His style of teaching is fairly laid-back (which I like), but there is an implicit expectation that you should be practicing at home and internalizing what he's teaching you (which I also like). Not to mention, he's surprisingly affordable, which is a huge plus. I'd recommend Keith to anyone interested in learning guitar the right way.
