LadySonya Music Studio offers private music instruction for students of all ages and levels, beginner to intermediate.

The Mission of LadySonya Music Studio is to teach, motivate, and encourage students to understand and enjoy the richness and complexity of music, expands one's intellectual creativity and curiosity in the music-making process, and ultimately express and share that wisdom with others.

To achieve this statement, LadySonya Music Studio shares an interest to teach a variety in styles of music, as well as teach a skill not commonly taught in a studio which is "Play by Ear", and to be creative.

Students taking lessons under LadySonya Music Studio will have versatility in different genres, as well as a trained ear to pick up various tones heard throughout.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Good question. Don't think there are any secrets to share other than MUSIC IS AMAZING!!! ::smiles::: lol

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. LadySonya Music Studio specializes in tailoring each lesson to the students' need. Each lesson is well structured. Our instructors specialize in different styles giving the student options to achieving their goals.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. We love to see our students smile. The most exciting time of the year is when we hold recitals (Spring & Winter).

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. A question many customers ask is how long does it take to learn to play an instrument. Learning to play an instrument depends on how much the student wants to learn. If you are interested in learning a scale it may take 3 weeks but learning to master a style can take years.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Many students can't stop smiling after realizing things about music they never thought of. Music is a beautiful thing. Also, recitals make learning music even more exciting.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Being an instructor of LadySonya Music Studio our profession is indeed our PASSION. We consider teaching a JOY and wonderful blessing.

A. Recitals are a lot of work but the end product is WELL worth it!
