Cruz and his team were very professional and courteous. They met every deadline that was set and work tirelessly until the job was complete. They laid down drop cloths and wore shoe covers to keep the work area clean. They explained everything in easy to understand detail. Took photos at various milestones to keep me updated on their progress. Even though our chimney/fireplace repairs were unexpected and costly, we felt confident in the work that was being done and that Cruz was giving us a more than fair price. I would highly recommend Cormont, LLC. Work done: Inspected gas log fireplace, cleaned chimney flue, replaced chimney cap, tuck point chimney masonry, installed damper, installed and sealed flashing and various other work.

I spoke with Brandon on Monday and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. I found out later Monday that my son would be delivered that night. Brandon was very understanding when I canceled/pressed pause on the service call. He then kept in touch and we were able to reschedule for Thursday. Thursday evening Brandon came over, diagnosed and repaired my fireplace issue in about 30-45 minutes, and charged what I thought was a very fair price. Just in time for the severe cold front in Atlanta. I would recommend him for sure!
