I have been teaching full-time since 2011. Over the past 8 years I've had the privilege to teach all types of people - all ages, all different body types, and all different personalities. One thing I am convinced of is that movement is medicine and everyone needs more of it.
I am certified to teach Vinyasa Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Yin Yoga, HIIT, mat Pilates, and mindfulness, so I can truly tailor a class to meet your needs whatever they are. I love teaching large group classes, however, there is something very special about a semi-private or private lesson. You can cultivate a relationship based on trust that will allow the student to excel beyond their wildest imagination.
