Rates are completely custom depending on the scope of the event. So there's not an easy way to answer this one other than to say, it's complicated! :)

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Booking an artist/band isn't as easy as it seems. If you're going to an act directly, you need to make sure you have the conversations about details prior to the event- things like: what equipment you're providing (if any), do they need to bring their own sound engineer, what time the artist/band needs to be there in order to have time for loading in equipment/setting up/doing a sound check, if you will be providing the musicians with food & drink, etc. There are a lot of details that people don't think about unless they work in the entertainment industry that don't get covered 100% of the time.
