We didn't have a great experience unfortunately. we had a simple garbage disposal installation. Two people came to our apartment and installed the garbage disposal. the same night I saw few drips of water under the sink. second day there was a puddle! we contacted the Fixer and they sent a new technician, Chang (he was very honest and experienced) to our apartment in 45 min (which was really amazing and we were really grateful for that). As soon as he saw the plumbing and installation the other guys had done he was shocked and told us not only that it was leaking from 3 places but also that they shouldn't have installed the garbage disposal in the first place. he explained that due to the hight of the plumbing under our sink it was almost impossible to have a garbage disposal in the first place and the two technicians should've told us this so we would decide whether we wanted to proceed with it or not. He spent an hour trying to figure out how to undo the damage as much as possible. he re-designed the plumbing under the sink and installed it for us but because of how the plumbing in the wall is there is always going to be a sewage sitting in our garbage disposal and the pipe connecting to it. so at the end of the day we lost an expensive garbage disposal and $188 installation fee.

He kindly went to Home Depot to pick up the necessary components and did the installation the same day. The supplies were less than expected so he deducted $20 from the quote.
