- What types of customers have you worked with?
Built in central vacuum systems that have either lost suction or won't turn on. We also do alot of indoor air quality analysis in homes & businesses to determine the best coarse of action for Asthma & Allergy sufferers. When customers bring in their vacuums in the store for service we commonly see 3 problems: the machine won't pick up like it did when it was new, the brush roll won't spin and lastly, clogs!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you do your research. See what other customers have to say who have used this person or company about their work, price, and promptness. There are many review sites online that collect & share reviews that were submitted by real people. These are often the most honest & least biased critiques of a person or business. Also ask for references for past customers whom have recently hired this person or company to do similiar work as they propose to do for you.
