We offer the following: * Painting -- interior and exterior with 10 years of experience with Color Perfect * Drywall -- hanging, taping, plastering, and skim coating * Carpentry -- rough and finish doors, windows, framing, trim, kitchen cabinets, closet systems, vanities, pictures, mirrors, wall shelves, install wall-mounted TV and do window treatments * Plumbing -- rough and finish toilets, faucets, drains, garbage disposals, dishwasher hook-up, and sweating copper * Tiling -- all kinds, such as ceramic and porcelain * Electrical -- rough and finish light fixtures, ceiling fans, can lights, switches, outlets, dimmers, low-voltage exterior lighting, add new circuit, under-cabinet lighting, and BX Greenfield conduit * Flooring -- laminate and ceramic * Bathroom remodeling * Kitchen remodeling * Clean furnace and change filters -- appliance hook-up * Apartment preparation -- presently responsible for 10 * Lawn and garden design and maintenance With over 19 years of experience in business, 10 years as a US Air Force veteran in aircraft mechanic and environmental/electrical systems. I have three years Southern Illinois University in industrial technology. I grew up in Northside Chicago and went to Oscar Mayer grade school and Senn High School. I've lived in Ipswich, England (UK) for 10 years while serving in the United States Air Force as an aircraft electro/environmental systems technician/NCO. I've traveled the country and worked as an environmental consultant in air monitoring section for Dames and Moore. I'm a member of the Association of Certified Handyman Professionals, and I'm fully insured.
