Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. I always encourage meeting face to face whenever possible. I enjoy sitting down with a prospective client or past client to discuss their real estate needs. Most everyone agrees how helpful our face to face meetings are. For those who can not meet face to face, I encourage setting up a phone or Skype appointment.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I wish people knew how valuable my services really are to them. I can save them time and money and make their real estate transaction a successful one. I am available 24/7 year round. I provide excellent customer service, return all my client calls, and constantly strive for excellence. I possess great negotiating skills too. My experience and honesty, coupled with my ethical practices make for a good foundation in any situation in life, how much more in the purchase of real estate! A. Ask if the agent is a full time professional? Ask for an interview and find out what type of services he/she offers. Or is the agent's time divided between more than one profession/job? Too many folks enter into real estate to "try" it, thinking it is a get rich scheme. It is a full time profession requiring full time 24/7 care year round, year after year! I guarantee I am worth the wait to see or talk to me! I have many years of customer care and real estate experience, knowledge of the industry, excellent negotiating skills, and I am an honest, ethical, doggedly determined, very hard worker!

A. Top questions buyer's should ask their full time professional agent: #1 Are you a FULL TIME professional agent? Do you provide 24/7 care and can I reach you at any time? What is involved in purchasing real estate, what do I need to know? Am I a ready, willing, and able buyer? These are the top questions you should ask your real estate agent. When thinking of buying real estate, one of the most important questions is how will I finance this purchase? Cash? If cash, you will need to show proof of funds when you finally do make an offer. If you intend to finance your purchase, a good agent will help you with your financing options. Ask your agent if he/she provides a buyer presentation consultation meeting. Ask if the agent will represent you in the transaction and what other types of agency relationships might be available. Take time to meet and talk with your agent.
