Although his expertise lies in the technical side, he still ensures excellent customer service. In fact, he mentors his staff in technical know-how, while maintaining quality customer service.
We try to over communicate at every point so that we can assure ourselves that we are exceeding our customer's expectations and making sure that all of their needs are met and not what we thought their needs were.
Your Very Own Geek has varied clients, ranging from small to medium businesses to residential clients. Client's technical knowledge varies as well from new users to advanced users. Either way, they are still able to provide what the customer needs.
My favorite project was one I did several years ago when I had a company that had never done backups call us after a direct lightning strike. I was able to recover all of their data with assistance from Gillware on part of it and restore their complete operations within 3 days.
