I hired Vinny to assemble a TV stand I had purchased online. Since they were coming during the work day, I had a friend of mine stop over during the time frame in which they were scheduled to arrive. After arriving over an hour late, tummy TV stand was assembled very, very poorly. All of the doors were crooked, and two of them didn't even close all the way. When I got home from work, I immediately contacted the company to have them come fix the problems. They told me that they would be out Wednesday, April 12th at 4:00 PM- and they told me this in writing. It is now 4:40 PM, and no one has yet to arrive. I've called the company multiple times, left voicemails, sent emails, etc. I have yet to receive a response. They simply took my money and ran, doing a terrible job. Clearly, they had zero intention of fixing my TV Stand, and I've spent the last hour sitting around and waiting for someone who wasn't going to show up. Also, they charged me $75 for this. Worst money I have ever spent- definitely do not recommend.
