As someone looking to upgrade from a condo to a single-family home, Hilary Dunlavey navigated me through the ins and outs of buying and selling my home. In this highly competitive market, she provides a hands-on concierge service that was immensely helpful. Her level of professionalism and knowledge allowed me to beat out 32 offers to purchase my dream home. Using lots of market research, Hilary pulled together an offer that positioned me as one of the seller's top 5 offers. Using her negotiation skills, she aligned with the seller's agent to position me as the winning offer. With an accepted offer, Hilary helped me to get my condo on the market quickly. She hosted several well attended open houses and was able to get me under agreement with a well above asking offer within days. Working closely with my mortgage broker, Hilary helped me line up the closing of my house and condo perfectly. I am eternally grateful for all of Hilary’s guidance and support for this double transaction. We worked with Hilary to buy our first home and she was AMAZING! Hilary is an absolute professional - knowledgeable, responsive and organized. Furthermore, she took the time to understand what we were looking for and comfortable with and coached us through the process without us feeling pressured/cornered (which as a buyer in 2020/2021 is an all too common experience!) She consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty and I don't think we would have landed our dream home this month without her! In fact at our closing, the seller's agent shared that we beat out similar offers in part because they knew working with Hilary would be seamless!

Hilary was awesome to work with! Having met through a mutual friend some months back, we texted Hilary to take a look at a house we fell for and in less than one week we were well on our way to having the home of our dreams. Hilary presented us with a clear path to sell our condo, thanks to well thought out marketing plans, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and an easy, clear, honest style of communication. Not only this, Hilary simultaneously negotiated the purchase price + details of our new home purchase! All within a week! In summary: We felt like we were Hilary’s only client (though we were not). Truly felt like Hilary had OUR best interests in mind. Her team is amazing- absolutely stunning photographs taken of our condo, certainly helping to sell it over list - in one weekend, no less! You have decided to relocate. Choosing the right realtor is the single most important decision you will make. Hilary Dunlavey is the right choice, and in our opinion, the only choice. Hilary advertises white glove service. Well, this is where her service starts, and she moves up from there. Hilary is the gold standard of realtors. She is professional, responsive, and effective. She is also absolutely wonderful to work with. She is positive, friendly, energetic and cares very much about her clients. She is engaged. She listens to her clients and offers expert advice. Specifically, Hilary was there for us in every aspect of our move from preplanning and preparation prior to going on the market, the entire sale process, finding and purchasing a new home and securing moving and storage for our items. She recommended a topnotch attorney to facilitate the buy/sell, she had fantastic contractor resources, she knew the best moving/storage company to use, she understands the market and guided us through every step.
