Malik was a terrific, warm, engaging magician. just right for our batch of 7-8 year olds. he held them rapt for about 45 minutes. card tricks, disappearing balls, rope tricks and witty back and forth with the kids that made the adults laugh. he also made balloon animals for all the kids at the end which we did not ask for but was an added bonus.

At the core of any magic act is the magic. And, Phil is a good magician. The quality of his technical skills was clear throughout his performance. His manipulation of the deck, slight of hand, misdirection, etc were all commensurate with his age and experience. Phil showed his range with his variety: cards, coins, mentalism, rings, and other creative acts. Building from a solid core, Phil good humor and handling of the audience built the momentum of his performance. Not only a good magician, Phil showed himself to be a good comedian as well. Both his well prepared act and his improvised remarks were received with hearty laughter. Phil was easy going and smooth in how he interacted with the audience. He put all of the volunteers at ease and expertly directed participants through each trick.
We are a student software company at Harvard and Phil performed at one of our afterwork events. Overall, Phil’s performance made for an excellent part of the evening. His act excited, bewitched, and amused us greatly. We are very grateful to Phil for his beautiful magic.
