As a Senior who needed to down size from a home that I built in 1972 that I raised my family in to a Condo I reached out to Luciano for help. He not only whet over and above what I would have expected a R/E agent to do he became a Friend who even bought ceiling tiles out his pocket to replace missing tiles in my basement. He reduced my tension and made what was to me a very difficult task for me to handle to one that I was comfortable with. He was by my side through both the sale of my home in Peabody to the purchase of my Condo in Beverly. I have only the best words for my friend, Luciano.

Lou and I started working together back in March and not until November we had our closing. Lou has the highest level of patience and professionalism. It is very easy to lose patience in this type of market but Lou was always there to keep me on track. We are first time home buyer and Lou was being very helpful with everything and was able to recommend other services (mortgage lender, closing attorney), all of which I used and was also happy with. Lou was very detail with his work and always seems to have time for me with questions and willing to work late at night to make sure an offer would be submitted timely. Through many months of searching and bidding and with Lou's guidance we are now living in our dream home. I strongly recommend Lou as a buyer agent. I'm sure I'll be reaching to him as well if there's a day I need a seller agent.
