A Whole New Fitness Experience
After teaching part-time fitness classes, Kristen Mercier immediately fell in love with helping people attain their health and fitness goals. Despite facing challenges with the economy, she strived to find ways to make her training programs affordable without sacrificing her livelihood, and it all turned out great.
My clients come in to see me for general fitness, health and well-being. I find that clients who are ready to build healthy habits leave our sessions feeling accomplished and satisfied. Sometimes they are surprised by how much they actually can accomplish with some confidence and a little push.
Her clients' satisfaction and happiness are all because of her diligent efforts to make the program an all-encompassing experience for them. She helps them build self-confidence, teaches them to take pride in their accomplishments and to make healthy choices outside the gym. One of her most memorable projects is a client who dropped 35 lbs. and 4 dress sizes for her wedding. She made her big event a motivation for her to succeed, and it certainly worked for both of them.
