A. The clients that we do business enjoy the fact that we teach at their business. Their employees do not have to travel and we can run a class in the time alloted.
The new trend today is CPR combined with AED training, A large number of businesses have AEDs or are going to purchase one in the near future. This training makes it possible to be prepared for those unexpected emergencies that arise at work and those businesses that provide our training can now better protect thier employees.
Restaurants and food service businesses can benefit from having their employees trained in the latest chokesaver techniques...We will come to your business and teach your staff what to do if a customer or employee suffers a foreign airway obstruction.
A large number of our clients are in the medical field and an even larger number are in childcare...We train daycare providers as well as Doctors and Nurses.
Every profession can benefit from learning CPR.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. All of our instructors work in cities and towns answering 911 calls.
We can teach you how to save a life or deal with an emergency because that is our job everyday!

A. A potential customer needs to know that the instructor teaching has real world experience...experience learned out on the streets providing care for the past 22 years.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. As a Firefighter/ EMT who has been in the trade for over 22 years it is important for a potential customer to know that all of our instructors HAVE SAVED LIVES DURING THEIR CAREERS.
There are people who have lived to see another day because of the work that our instructors do...that is who you should have teaching CPR , First aid. Automated External defribrilator training or the Heimlich (Chokesaver).
Our instructors can say that they have made a difference in someone's life and we can teach you the skills to be there in case disaster strikes , you can be the difference between life and death at home, your work or out in the public.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. American Heart Association has just revamped the entire CPR program..The material is all new, The 2012 standards have been changed to reflect the new policies that are currently in place across the United States. This new program is easier to learn in less time. The updated standards reflect years of medical research .
