Do you have wet or damp basement?
Aquaguard Waterproofing handles all moisture and water seepage problems in basements and crawlspaces. We also handle foundation repair, sump pump installation, battery back-up pumps, window well or stairwell drains, wall excavations and crack repair.

The crew arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day. I was a little worried that the mess would be large. The workers laid tarps and cleaned up after themselves each day. My basement has been dry for 5 years and we have referred a few friends. We highly recommend them

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Basements that have had water problems for years and the homeowner did who to call to fix it. Window wells leaking, stairwells flooding, sump pump failures and battery back-up pumps (for insurance if the power goes out).
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure the company that will fix your basement has been in business at least 10 years. Since you are buying a lifetime warranty - you want to make sure the compnay has been around during the dry summers, wet springs, during hurricane season and snowy winters. Ask the compnay to give you references from someone who has had work done over 7 years. Those are the homeonwers you want to talk to.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We have been servicing basements in the MD-DC-VA area for over 20 years. We install the largest, most effective basement drainage systems. Our word of mouth advertising is second to none. All of our foreman have 15+ years of experience working on foundations of home.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Being able to help homeowners with one of the most pain staking problems they have. Many homeowners dread when it rains, especially if they are away from the house. We like to take that worry away from them.

A. How do you correct my basement problem? We have to look at the problem first.
