If I could give a 10 start review I would! As a first time home buyer I spoke with 3 agents before deciding who to work with and decided to work with Mia because she would answer your phone call or message almost 24/7 and Makes appointments to check the house you liked the same day and find time for you to go and check to house with you, 2 of house I checked I messaged her in the morning and she was able to schedule a tour in the afternoon, we lost 2 offers and we made a strong 3rd offer and finally won, she was doing her part of the job fast and professional from home search , making an offer to final walk through and closing date, she made the first experience of home buying very simple and fast, I closed my house in 30 days, also she found me the best Mortgage lender who helped me with lowering the closing cost and increasing loan approval amount and title company who did not overcharged me by adding unnecessary services , if you are looking for the best agent in DMV area especially if you are first time home buyer definitely would recommend to work with Solomia
