Joshua was on time for our initial appointment and was meticulous in measuring for the order. He explained that screwholes drilled too close to the tile edge can crack tiles and suggested offset hinges that would keep drilling farther from the tile edge. Once the door was ordered he kept us informed of the order's status. Installation was excellent, including cleanup, and just nine days from placing the order. Cost of the door and installation was about half the amount quoted by one local glass company. Our interactions with the company were handled in a courteous businesslike manner.
