First, I’d like to say I don’t know why I can only pick three on the previous screen because it really it’s all five. Vintage Workshop and Steve did an absolutely incredible job refinishing a twin bedroom set that my sister and I used as children. The set is 67 years old this year and it looks like it was purchased yesterday. I am now gifting to, two of granddaughters. Steve is also working on my mother’s cedar chest, which will be 80 years old next September. I can’t thank him enough for his craftsmanship and taking care of our family heirlooms. I am happy to talk to anyone that has questions. Steve knows how to get a hold of me.

They did a fabulous job with my oak hutch. We wanted it to match the wood tones in the rest of our furniture. We decided to have it painted and it came out just beautiful. I was a little nervous to have it pained but in the end we made the right decision for us and I couldn’t be happier

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a contractor. Steve was professional and clearly has tons of experience with cabinet painting. My old oak cabinets look brand new! He did a fabulous job and his price was very reasonable…lower than the other bids I’d received but the quality is outstanding. I would hire him again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my services very competitive. Im not always the lowest price but my quality is always great.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can set an apointment for a quote or give an estimate with pictures. Now days its not uncommon to not meet the customer until I show up to do the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been refinishing furniture for almost 40 years, since 9th grade. Besides a college education most of my work education came from learning on the job. Its hard to learn some things from books.
