- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Having recently re-located to St. Louis, I'm trying to re-invent myself in the context of my on-going career in music. I'm also interested in a different point of view related to my own relationship with music, and teaching seems like a great place to start that "conversation". It's an idea that's been a long time coming.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would say to give it a try...Everyone is not equipped to fit all situations, and I'm extremely open and sensitive to the specific needs of different individuals. If you feel I'm not a good fit I would respect that and do my best to point you in the direction you feel is right for you [or bow out gracefully].
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish customers would do a little research and understood the veracity of my credentials as a performer (composer & producer). I am fairly well known and respected among musicians all over the world.
