- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We know that finding the right investigator to assist you is a choice not to be taken lightly. That’s why we offer a free consultation to walk you through your problem, help you articulate your goals, understand your budget, as well as, the cost of not acting. If we can find a better solution for you (and your money) we'll point you at it and still buy the coffee. Our experience has shown that not knowing is appreciably more expensive than the cost of an investigation. The standard we set, every day, is "Everything that can lawfully be known. Everything." That's how we roll.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a 30 min free, no obligation call to discuss your case in detail. If you agree to our services, we send a retainer agreement to get started. You will receive 24/7 access to your private Investigator and you get real time feedback on any surveillance being conducted. A report with video and pics will follow the investigation.
