Our Goal is to keep money in your pocket, without compromising the quality of our services you receive. Our flexible commission plan ranges from as low as 1.5% to 6.0%, depending on who finds the buyer for your home – a buyer’s agent, your listing broker or YOU and how you utilize our unique discount programs! Another real estate agent brings the Buyer*. We market your home, negotiate on your behalf and handle all the details of the sale for 3.5%. The buyer’s agent receives 2.5%. 4.5% We secure the buyer for your home and no other agent is involved. The commission to your PropertyOne Realty Group broker is reduced to 4.5%. 3.5% You, the seller find the buyer through a personal source* (friend, co-worker, etc.) and another real estate agent is NOT involved. We write the contract and coordinate the entire transaction from home inspections to the buyer’s financing, and all the closing details. The fee to PropertyOne Realty Group is reduced from 6.0% to 3.5%.
