I had a leak that was going on between my walls and the water was running out into the bathroom and hallway under the baseboards. Mr. Colter came into my residence and assessed the issue. He had to take out a vanity and cut into my wall to find the leak. He went directly to the problem which was the main cast iron drain for the whole house. Mr. Colter immediately determined what had to be done. He completed what was needed now All I have to do is wait on my insurance company to find out what my next step is. Thank you Mr. Colter.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

There is always a trip charge of 25.00 so we can see what the work details and what kind of parts needed. A contractor must always see the job before a price can be given.
