FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard is 20 dollars per half hour lesson which will be set for a specified time slot each week (I can be flexible and make up lessons can be arranged). This can be payed each time you have a lesson or at the beginning of each month at the first lesson for the full month. I accept cash or check
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting with communication, we will set up a time that works for both myself and the client as well as a location be it at the customer's location or online via Skype. With a new customer, typically the first lesson will cover basics and anything they've learned previously whether in their own or with an instructor. Based on this, we will begin to move into introducing new topics based off of that previous foundation as well as editing anything in that experience that may be inhibiting the student from learning new concepts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently enrolled at Belmont University as a Commercial Guitar major that studies both classical and contemporary guitar. I have been playing for 5 years in bands and projects that include church worship teams, country rock bands, bluegrass, metal projects, rock and punk rock bands, jazz groups, choirs, and solo jazz and acoustic/classical gigs. I have studied privately for both commercial and classical guitar for 6 years as well as piano for 4 years.
