Biggest thing is information! Being an informed buyer or seller in this market is critical. Knowing how to price you'r home to get the maximum profit or how to submit the best offer to win a bid on a home is huge. Having an experienced agent on your side is easily one of the best things you can do for yourself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Real estate is evolving everyday. I am trained on new material as soon as it becomes available. Knowledge is power, and knowing how to get you the best deals is what I do best!
