Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: First we are factory certified for most major brands of appliances including Sub Zero, Wolf, LG, Samsung, Fisher & Paykel, Frigidaire, Bosch, Thermador, GE and many more. Our warranty is 1 year on Parts and Labor which is the best in the industry. The goal of our company is to exceed your expectations during the entire repair process. We also utilize technology to enhance the customer experience and provide our technicians with as much information as possible to ensure the job is done correctly the first time. I enjoy that we get to help people out in many different ways. The obvious is that we fix an appliance when it is not working correctly. In today's world people are busy and a broken washer, dryer, refrigerator, etc is a real inconvenience and we get the opportunity to get everything working again. But we also get to help out in other ways. Our company provides services to various non-profits for free or at a discounted rate. We also ran a food drive last year and collected over 2000 lbs of food for our local food bank.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our technicians attend factory training several times a year for different manufactures. Each manufacturer has a different philosophy on training, but we attend every class possible every year. So far this year we have had Bosch, Thermador, LG, Frigidaire, Electrolux and GE. We also use online training to stay up-to-date on Service Bulletins and changes that happen in between training sessions.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Major Appliance Repair had become way more complex than in the past. Machines today are built with usually multiple computer boards and various electrical components that take a lot of training and expertise to be able to diagnose and repair correctly. Most Appliance Service companies do not take the time to get this type of training and they really should. When hiring a company to do any repair you should make sure that they are experts in their field and too often they are not in this industry.
