My experience was terrific from my first contact until the job was finished and they drove away. John and Jess were very careful with our house - they shielded furniture that otherwise might have been scuffed by their equipment. They were clean and took care to wipe down the surrounding floor and hallway before they left. They were polite. And our couch is clean and fresh. I have no complaints and will definitely hire them again.

J2 is it. If you need your old tile and grout restored this is the team. Very knowledgeable professional and friendly! Very happy with the results and the price was great!

Outstanding! I moved across country to a home in need of help and had no idea whom to trust - Jeff was knowledgable, trustworthy and accurate in his phone estimation. Further, the techs were excellent! Charles and Jacob were punctual, efficient and friendly. Icing on the cake: the floors have been restored to their original condition. J2 cleaned tile counters, tile floors (LARGE kitchen and 2 bathrooms) hardwood hallways, entry way, and family room. 3 area rugs and a runner. they also filled in small areas of missing grout. Also sealed all surfaces. EXCELLENT JOB THANKYOU SO VERY MUCH
