J2 Carpet Cleaning, our residential division, we have made significant investments to guarantee your satisfaction. We offer carpet cleaning; tile cleaning; grout cleaning and sealing; floor cleaning, stone polishing, and sealing (marble, terrazzo, slate); and upholstery cleaning. Every carpet is pre-conditioned, then scrubbed with a rotary brush carpet maintainer to loosen soil and work in the carpet cleaner, truck-mounted hot water extracted to thoroughly rinse, then groomed to separate fibers to speed drying (2-5 hours). Technicians are paid hourly, so there are no pressure up-sells. Our tile cleaning service uses the same powerful truck mounted steam cleaning machine as is used with the carpet cleaning but with the advanced "Turbo Hybrid" tile cleaning tool the pressure cleans and extract the dirty water all in one pass leaving your tile and grout deep cleaned and dry within minutes.

J2 Commercial Cleaning, our janitorial division, includes scheduled and one-time janitorial services, carpet care, all-floor care, window washing, pressure washing, porter services, machine floor scrubbing, and light maintenance. All employees are background checked, and documented. We only use our top-of-the-line equipment and cleaners. Technicians arrive in fully equipped company vehicles.

    Their price was great for the deep carpet cleaning they did. The men were professional and polite. They left me shoe covers so I can move around the house while the carpet dried. It took about 5 hours to dry and they look and smell really clean. My carpets old and worn, but the black paths are now just a light fade which is more than I expected. I'm truely pleased with this company.

    I have a 2500 sq ft. of floor. J2 did a excellant job cleaning my carpets & tile. They were even able to remove stains that other carpet cleaners did not clean. I would recomend J2 to all my friends & family. Thanks Jeff your the best.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Our customers are the ones who have done their research or have had bad experiences with the many companies that do bait & switch, or use "dry" carpet cleaning methods that don't work well. We work with the best equipment, best products, best training to achieve the best results.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I wish customers knew about the overly excessive price scams. The low price per rooms carpet cleanings that only include a basic steam cleaning. There is usually small print saying that chemical treatments are extra (usually 20 cents per square foot) and can double or triple the original price and you may still receive and inferior cleaning. This means you're only quoted for rinsing the carpet with water. No cleaners are used. Obviously this won't be enough to properly clean the carpet. So if you don't want to pay more most won't even do the job and the ones who do will tell you, after they clean, that if you're not happy it's your fault for not buying the other service.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We do a complete deep cleaning on all jobs. We don't offer a "basic" cleaning. These services do not clean completely.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Helping customers make an educated choice to get the most for their money and hearing their positive feedback when they have the service done and are happy.

A. Is the price going to change when you get there? We don't change the prices upon arrival.
