Chris is amazing professional and was really detailed in his work . He responded quickly and kept in touch, to let me know how the job was going. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing options are not complicated at all. We bill in 15 minute intervals, with a 5 minute grace period for each. We do offer a special rate to all Thumbtack requests which gives you your first hour for only $45! ALSO, If you are not 100% satisfied, you pay nothing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started Reno IT Experts after being contacted by a large, business service provider asking for help for their customers. Their need led them to locate a one line addition to a unrelated posting on a local bulletin board to find us. This was a major indication to us that the area was in need of a good, inexpensive, expert level service provider. With our combined experience totaling over 75 years of IT and Computer related services, Reno IT Experts was born.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We are a full service provider from top to bottom we have seen it and do it all from service provider changes to performance issues, from virus/spyware/adware/malware removal to network issues, from printer issues to software issues, and from software training to specialized application development.
