The other day I was in the basement to get a bottle of wine when suddenly it started beeping and alternated the set temp (normal) and "Er". I turned it off, and unplugged it, in an attempt to reset it. Then, when I plugged it in it started beeping non-stop and read "Off" on the LED. I am no good with appliances so I called up Appliance Repair Los Angeles and scheduled a service call. They sent out a repairman on Saturday like I requested. He examined the appliance for a while and returned to tell me that the display control board had shorted out and would need replaced. He told me would have to order a new control board, and return in a few days. We told him to see if he could come back next Saturday, and he said that would be fine. He arrived early on Saturday, and had out Wine Captain back on its feet in no time. His final bill seemed lower than I expected. The Technician Dave was very friendly, and knowledgeable, and he did a great job.
