- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair with all of my clients each ine will have different needs and different amenities as well as budgets so it try to be as flexible as possible. I will however never take a job I don't think I can fulfill.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After looking at the Job opportunity. I will reach out the client. I like to open a dialog and create an environment where they feel comfortable asking open ended questions so we can figure out exactly what they need and exactly what I need to provide for an enjoyable event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years of experience performing live. An associates degree in Radio Broadcasting and Sound engineering. Self Taught on the guitar but Classically trained in vocals.
