Deborah Song started teaching my 4 yr old daughter piano and violin just over a year ago, and she has improved tremendously under Deborah's instruction. Deborah has a very professional attitude and interacts well with children, my daughter really enjoys her lessons each week.

Deborah has helped me retrieve, find anew, the technique and musicianship I enjoyed years ago when I took master classes in conservatory and gave recitals in college. The right arm, how to hold and control the bow, getting my vibrato back into the hand, intonation and listening carefully to the intervals, shifting and being comfortable in all positions on all 4 strings -- these are the technical aspects Deborah sees and teaches. And then, she knows the music so well: she helps you see its structure and connect with what the piece and the composer mean to you emotionally and as a musician.
