Survey findings and summary
After a two-month survey of over 6,000 small business owners nationwide, Thumbtack.com has released new data showing that Cleveland small businesses gave the city low marks for its support of business and its regulatory regime.
Some of the key findings for Cleveland include:
- Cleveland's small business owners were the second-least optimistic about their prospects in 2012, and the city received only a 'D+' for its ease of starting a business.
- Eastern Ohio's small businesses are the state's least healthy.
