Great Job. I had to take another look to make sure I was at the same house. I almost didn't recognize it because all the weeds were gone and grass was cut. It was nice to see this after a long day of running errands.

I was not only impressed with the professionalism but the work surpassed my expectations. It was nice to have someone understand what I wanted and incorporate it in the end product. I needed to have lateral file drawers reinforced so that I could put anything in them without worrying about the bottom falling out again. I will use this person again and refer work.

Well if you like to be stood up, he's your man. Mr. Ball call me several times to come out and give me a quote. He did come out and he gave me a quote. I agreed to hire him. He was honest and said it would probably be a couple of weeks before he could do the job. I call several times never heard from him as of yet that was about six weeks ago.

I needed some fairly major patchwork and painting. Both chores were well done in a tidy and timely way. Millard is easy to work with and did what we needed, just like we asked, and finished when he said he would. Very professional. I already recommended Fenix to a friend!
