Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. When you make the decision to find your new home, choose your Realtor first. This choice will provide you with a tremendous amount of information, including finding the best mortgage company and mortgage type. When my clients begin their home search, I create a profile on the MLS which sends them all the properties which meet their search criteria. This gives them the information they want about the properties without having to constantly make phone calls.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. As a Realtor, I am required to take continuing education classes. There is a certain curriculum that has to be reviewed every license period. However, the minimum requirements don't seem to satisfy me. I am constantly taking new classes on marketing, customer relations and especially technology courses. Real estate is an extremely technology oriented career. I love the tech stuff and employ it regularly.
