- What types of customers have you worked with?
Repair water damage to ceilings walls and floors including replacing drywall, re-texturing the ceiling, replacing damaged flooring and the associated trim.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We jsut completed the interior doors and trim for The Solana of germantown. This is a 4-star assisted living facility at 8199 poplar. We were responsible for completing the final wing 79 apartments and common areas. We also made corrections to a lot of the work done by the prior contracter.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that they tell you the plan and that they stick to what they tell you they are going to do. Its easy to say that you'll use the good masterials but when the budget gets tight the material quality suffers. I have come behind people that have done this and the customer is very hard to work with when they got screwed by the last guy.
