My goal is to prepare your menu to be very delicious and healthy.
As your personal chef, I will shop for your groceries, come to your home with my own utensils, prepare your meals, then place them into freezable containers, for you to enjoy at your leisure. Let me prepare your meals so you have more time to spend with your family. This service is available weekly or biweekly. I clean the kitchen afterwards.
As your caterer, I will prepare an intimate dinner for two or a full buffet for up to 300. I specialize in southern and family-oriented cuisine. I also do Mexican, Cajun, Italian and vegetarian meals.
Let me cater your next birthday party, wedding, family reunion, baby or bridal shower, corporate luncheon or any special occasion.

Chef Cassy was great. My guests simply loved her level of service and oh yes the FOOD!!! All my friends are foodies and are very critical. They had nothing negative to say, everything was good from start to finish. She worked clean and made sure my kitchen was clean when she finished as it was when she started. If you hire her to do a party make sure you ask for the fried greens, they are to "live" for! We plan to use her again for future events. Thank again Chef Cassy

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

Talk to your service provider. Let them know exactly what you want. Communication is key. Tell your caterer if you or your guest has any allergies, and which foods to stay away from. Make sure to schedule a tasting, and try the food, prior to the event. Find a budget you are comfortable with, and choose your menu accordingly.
