Hi I am alex. I was a Therapist and social worker for 17 years. Worked in law enforcement, hospitals, hospice, CPS, and private practice for years until recently. I spent most of my time working with women and trauma. I worked with various forms of DV; sexual and physical abuse and loss, and enjoyed helping any way I could. Now, I want to focus instead of on the past, on the present and what you need. Instead of deep rooted issues and insecurities I want to help you with tomorrow and make actionable changes and go down a list on the here and now making instant, BUT safe changes. We all need to come together in this crazy world. After all that I have seen there is nothing I would rather do than to meet people where they are at and at the end of the day give back. We give back the proceeds to the community it many ways. And you can see what you give as a tax write off. We give shoes and clothes to teens and young adults. We help with school. We help with furniture in the homes. Babies car seats Meals in the community. Outdoor free designs and landscaping We help teens and young adults with their first jobs. And much much more. But our first job is to listen and be there for you. And if this is not enough I do offer FREE INTIAL PHONE SESSIONS FOR 15 min and at times!
