- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the client decides what they would like for their project, I purchase the materials (if necessary) and begin working on the project. A 50% deposit is due at the beginning of the project and the second half is due upon completion, unless other arrangements have been made. If your project includes a list of names and/or addresses, I would need the information emailed in an Excel or Word-type format. I will write the names/addresses exactly as you have typed them so triple-check to make sure everything is correct. Example Mr. and Mrs. John Clark 1422 Main Street Plano, Texas 75024 Once I have the list of names/addresses, I will complete one envelope and email a photo to you for approval. Once approved, I will work on your order and notify you when it is complete.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing hand lettering and calligraphy as a creative outlet. I fell in love with calligraphy and never looked back.

I have worked with event planners, brides, photographers, etc.
