- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As an artificial grass installation company, we follow a typical process when working with new customers. First, we begin by scheduling a consultation with the customer to determine their needs and requirements. During the consultation, we will ask questions about the intended use for the artificial grass, the desired style and look, and the size and scope of the project. Next, we will provide the customer with a detailed estimate and proposal outlining the costs and timeline for the project. If the customer agrees to move forward, we will then schedule a site visit to take measurements and assess the site conditions. Once the site visit is complete, we will finalize the design and provide the customer with a detailed plan and layout of the installation. We will also discuss any additional features or services, such as turf maintenance or irrigation systems, that the customer may require. After the design is finalized, we will schedule the installation and provide the customer with a timeline for completion. Throughout the installation process, we will communicate regularly with the customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress and final result. Finally, we will provide the customer with after-care instructions and any necessary maintenance services to ensure that their artificial grass remains beautiful and functional for years to come.

The owner worked directly in the industry in for the leading artificial grass company (landscape) in the world - Turf Distributors as President. He has been to factories, developed product and managed product testing. He is an active member of the Synthetic Turf Council and loves this industry.
